What is collected
- Newsletter: email address only.
- Inquiry: the fields you submit (name, email, context, budget, readiness, timeline, consent).
- Members: email, password (hashed by the auth provider), and an optional display name.
- Site analytics: anonymous event counts (page views, content views, oracle draws, form submissions, and external referrer hostnames) tied to a per-session id. No names, emails, IP addresses, search query text, or message contents are stored in analytics.
How it is used
Emails are used only to send the newsletter or to reply to your inquiry. Member data is used only to keep your account working. Analytics counts are used to understand what is read and drawn, never to identify a person.
Sharing
Yaz does not sell or trade your data. Processing happens through the platform infrastructure that runs this site (managed auth, database, and email delivery). External payment or checkout links are clearly marked and handled by their own providers under their own terms.
Cookies and storage
This site uses a session id stored in your browser to keep oracle draws from repeating during a single visit and to count anonymous events. Signed-in members also receive an authentication token stored by the browser.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Members can update or delete their account from the Members area. To request deletion of an inquiry or other data, contact Yaz through the inquiry form and reference the original submission.
